Dr. John Lee is a physician executive and clinical informatics leader who serves as a Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO). With a background in emergency medicine, he focuses on using data and technology to improve patient outcomes, streamline workflows, and support clinical decision-making.
He has held CMIO roles at major health systems, where he led initiatives to transform electronic medical records into more actionable, insight-driven tools. Dr. Lee is known for advancing practical uses of healthcare data—reducing inefficiencies, enhancing decision support, and helping organizations deliver more effective, technology-enabled care.
Dr. Nancy Beale is a senior healthcare executive and nursing informatics leader, currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Informatics and Chief Nursing Informatics Officer. With nearly four decades of experience, her work spans clinical care, health IT, consulting, and operational leadership across complex health systems.
A board-certified nursing informaticist and Fellow of the American Medical Informatics Association (FAMIA), Dr. Beale is known for advancing the integration of technology into clinical practice—helping organizations improve care delivery, streamline systems, and drive innovation. She has led large-scale digital health initiatives, including EMR optimization and the implementation of fully digital hospitals, and was recognized as the HIMSS Nursing Informatics Leader of the Year.
