The book will be a collection of chapters divided by the age of the authors. Readers will see chapters divided into decade based age groups.

Ensure your submission is well-proofed for grammar and clarity by having multiple people review it.

Note that a limited number of entries will be selected for inclusion in the book, with preference given to those requiring minimal edits.

Submissions are open until August 1, 2025, and must be uploaded via the website.

Think about two things your 20-year-younger self might say to you now—advice or lessons you wish you had recognized earlier.
For example: "Don’t fear failure. Take more risks, or you’ll stay stuck." Then expand with a personal story.

What advice would you give your future self?
What are two things you’d want your 20-year-older self to know to avoid pitfalls and be more effective?
For example: "Don’t worry about what others think. Stay true to yourself, even if it means facing ridicule—it will make a lasting impact in the end."
LENGTH
Each question should be answered in 1,000 words or less.
Some questions may seem similar, and it’s okay if your answers overlap a little.
When included in the book, divided by decades, the subtle differences will stand out.
